Transport and magnetotransport properties of low-dimensional structures based on graphene, Bi2Se3 and bismuth

In the report will be highlighted the recent results of the research of our col-lective under the guidance of prof. Yu. I. Latyshev and prof. A.A. Sinchenko. We investigated transport and magnetotransport properties of the following systems with Dirac fermions: nanoperforated graphite and graphene, nanowires of bis-muth and topological insulator Bi2Se3, systems of topological insulator with su-perconductive nanoislands, and obtained several very interesting results. We will discuss the specimens and the methods used for their fabrication, experimental details, most prominent results and our future plans.
