Critical scattering and crystal structure of single crystals Sr₆₀Ba₄₀Nb₂O₆

Critical exponents, correlation lengths and the phase transition temperature for Sr₆₀Ba₄₀Nb₂O₆ (SBN60) have been determined from analysis of neutron and synchrotron radiation scatterings. The effect of external field on the diffuse scattering have been also considered. It is shown that at room temperature two-phase crystal structure exists in SBN60.
