Scientists from INTiBS win the NCN OPUS 30 and SONATA 21 research projects
We are delighted to announce that three researchers from our Institute have received grants under the recent competitions announced by the National Science Centre on September 15, 2025.
Funding under the OPUS 30 call was awarded to:
dr hab. Marcin Matusiak, prof. INTiBS PAN from the Department of Low Temperatures and Superconductivity - project titled "Heat and Geometry: Investigating the Geometric-Phase Origin of the Phonon Thermal Hall Effect” will be implemented in a consortium with the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Krakow.
Under the SONATA 21 call, the following projects were funded to:
dr inż. Grzegorz Chajewski from the Magnetic Research Department - project titled "Competing interactions and reentrant superconductivity in CeRh₂As₂ and related compounds: magnetically switchable states in selected heavy-fermion systems"
- dr Grzegorz Szklarz from the Department of Low Temperatures and Superconductivity - project titled "Employing Impedance Spectroscopy and AC/DC Measurements for the Rapid Prediction of Aging in Precision Thermometry"
Congratulations!
