An outstanding distinction for our Professors – "Merito de Wratislavia"
We are proud to announce that during the Institute's 60th anniversary celebrations, three distinguished representatives of our academic community were honored with the prestigious "Merito de Wratislavia" distinction – an award given by the Mayor of Wrocław to individuals who have made exceptional contributions to the development and promotion of Wrocław.
The winners included:
- prof. Dariusz Kaczorowski
- prof. Wiesław Stręk
- prof. Józef Sznajd
This exceptional distinction recognizes their long-standing scientific work, commitment to the advancement of science, and contribution to building Wrocław's position as a major academic and research center. Their work, encompassing both scientific achievements of international significance and activities for the local community, is a prime example of how science can truly impact the development of the city and region.
