DESCRIPTION (field, expectations, comments):

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Operation and maintenance of scanning and transmission electron microscopes and ancillary equipment.
  • Training and support for users in microscope operation and sample preparation.
  • Participation in scientific projects and handling requests from customers.

Job requirements: 

  • Graduate (B.Sc is a minimum) in physics, material science, chemistry, or similar discipline.
  • Experience in operation of SEM and X-ray microanalysis (EDS). Knowledge of EBSD and TEM techniques will be an adventage.
  • Good written and oral skills in English.
