Vladimir MityushevDepartment of Computer Science and Computational Methods, Pedagogical University of CracowLocal fields and the effective tensors for regular and random fibrous composites are investigated by numerical - symbolic simulations. The effective conductivity and elasticity tensors can be written in the form of expansion on'' basic elements'' which depend only on locations of the inclusions (disks) in the section perpendicular to fibers and determine RVE. These elements are expressed in terms of the Eisenstein series. An algorithm to determine the representative cell for a given composite is constructed.
