Magnetic Measuring Devices for Extreme Operating Conditions

Magnetic Sensor Laboratory of Lviv Polytechnic National University, Ukraine

Major areas of Magnetic Sensor Laboratory R&D are radiation resistant nano, microwhiskers and thin films of III-V semiconductors and development on their base magnetic field sensors and magnetic measuring instrumentation. Some main topics of presentation:

1. Radiation & physical processes occurring in Hall sensors under irradiation;

2. Some testing results of developed InSb and InAs radiation resistant sensors;

3. Magnetic Sensor Laboratory international projects and collaboration;

4. Application of radiation resistant sensors and instrumentation for magnetic diagnostics in fusion reactors, charged particle accelerators and in spacecrafts.
