 TE 2023 we have the pleasure to invite you to the International Conference
  on Excited States of Transition Elements (ESTE 2023) which will be held o
 n September 3-8\, 2023\, Świeradów Zdrój\, Poland.\nESTE 2023 follows the 
 conferences which started in Książ Castle-1988\, Karpacz-1991\, Karpacz-19
 93\, Kudowa Zdrój-1994\, Polanica Zdrój-1996\, Duszniki Zdrój-1997\, Szkla
 rska Poręba-1999\, Lądek Zdrój-2001\, Karpacz-2003\, Piechowice-2010\, Pol
 anica Zdrój-2016\, Kudowa Zdrój-2019. Two longer breaks were connected wit
 h organization of ICFE-2006 and ICL-2014 both in Wroclaw.\nThe conference 
 is devoted to all aspects of luminescence and luminescent materials. Novel
  fabrication technologies and techniques\, studies of broadly understood o
 ptical properties of materials – single crystals\, powders\, sintered cera
 mics\, nanostructures\, glasses\, amorphous systems – will be covered. Sta
 te of the art of theoretical fundamental and applied research will be pres
 ented.\nWe are sure that - as many times in the past – all of you will att
 end our meeting to present and discuss your exciting results at the Excite
 d States meeting. We shall provide convenient Wrocław-Świeradów Zdrój-Wroc
