 ESTE2025 continues the proud tradition of conferences that began at Książ 
 Castle in 1988 and has since been held in picturesque locations such as Ka
 rpacz\, Kudowa Zdrój\, Polanica Zdrój\, Duszniki Zdrój\, Szklarska Poręba\
 , Lądek Zdrój\, Piechowice\, and Świeradów Zdrój. This year\, we are excit
 ed to bring together both long-standing and new members of the spectroscop
 y community to share knowledge and foster collaboration.\nThe conference w
 ill focus on all aspects of luminescence and luminescent materials\, cover
 ing cutting-edge fabrication technologies\, innovative techniques\, and st
 udies of optical properties in materials such as single crystals\, powders
 \, sintered ceramics\, nanostructures\, glasses\, and amorphous systems. P
 resentations will showcase the latest advancements in both fundamental and
  applied research\, offering a comprehensive overview of the state of the
